An alley along the Goldsbloom edge of the central district, the Red Light District is a hot spot for the darker pleasures the City has to offer. Secret meetings, whorehouses and pit fights abound here when the night falls. Best make sure you have your wallet.

A large building in the center of the central sector, the HHS is funded by Whitestag and HHS is a group dedicated to keeping hybrids from being hurt, and with enough evidence they can seize a hybrid from an abusive owner in an attempt to find them a new home. They also periodically raid the Outskirts in hope of finding Ferals and 'saving them.'

St. Bartleby's sits just not far from the alley that holds the Red Light district. A large building, its old and ramshackle with pieces of the roofing caving in, broken windows and less siding then there should be. It takes in all the unwanted orphans, from infants up until 18 years of age, where they are released from the orphanage.

Board Description
* The Central Sector
The area found between the three points of the City, it is aptly named and makes up the majority of the City not belonging to the nobles. Its where the Middies and Poors live, and is where the HHS headquarters can be found as well as a multitude of tiny shops and restaurants. It is also home to the red light district.
